Two distributor teams, one from Germany and one from Australia, spent three days at our factory in Linyi, Shandong, auditing the whole process from incoming frame tubes to final carton packing.
What the visits covered
- Frame welding and alignment inspection on the jig line
- Battery pack assembly, cell grading and BMS testing
- Road test of every finished bike before packing
- QC lab: salt spray, drop test, controller burn-in and battery cycle testing
- Export packing, container loading plan and the after-sales spare parts list
Both teams reviewed the 2027 line-up, tested the new X-Series on our test track and confirmed sample orders. Season allocation was agreed during the same visit.
